After booking online or over the phone here are some tips to get you going with your wellness experience at Swan Dive:

  • Arrive 10 minutes early to complete a Health History and Liability Waiver.
  • Wear comfortable clothing, no shoes.
  • Eat light before your session, finishing 30 minutes prior to the session.
  • Remove your shoes at the door.
  • Do not chew gum during your workout.
  • Place cell phones on “silent”.
  • Be aware of others around you, we encourage a focused, mindful workout experience.
  • Payment is due at time of service.
  • Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will be charged.
