After booking online or over the phone here are some tips to get you going with your wellness experience at Swan Dive:
- Arrive 10 minutes early to complete a Health History and Liability Waiver.
- Wear comfortable clothing, no shoes.
- Eat light before your session, finishing 30 minutes prior to the session.
- Remove your shoes at the door.
- Do not chew gum during your workout.
- Place cell phones on “silent”.
- Be aware of others around you, we encourage a focused, mindful workout experience.
- Payment is due at time of service.
- Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time will be charged.
