We realize that strength training is a perfect complement to your Pilates. We offer exercise bikes, BOSU balls, Reebok steps, slide board, weights, exercise bands, exercise tubes, kettle bells, fit and medicine balls. Many clients strength train to increase the strength of muscles, maintain the integrity of bones, and improve balance, coordination, mobility and overall health.

Strength training can help reduce the effects of aging, especially arthritis and has lasting benefits. It can also:
