Julie Piacenza has spent the last twenty-nine years improving her client’s quality of life through fitness training. She has extensive experience in Pilates, is AFAA certified and has taught high and low impact aerobics, step, functional fitness, weight training, boot camp, water aerobics and fitness for seniors. After spending years leading groups of people through challenging and fun group exercise workouts at The 41 Club and later at the Deerfield Multiplex, Julie became a Certified Pilates Mat instructor in 2001. She fell in love with this gentle and highly effective exercise method and followed up with a full, 450 hour Pilates Certification with PhysicalMind Institute, graduating in 2007.

Julie believes that through a focused and cross functional fitness regime, proper nutrition and commitment to trainings each week, the magic solution becomes more solution and less magic. If you are serious about mind and body improvements, Julie’s trainings will help you achieve your goals.

Julie enjoys spending her free time with family and friends. She is a wife and mother of two.
