Membership FAQs
At Swan Dive, our memberships are designed to help you stay consistent with your Pilates practice, ensuring you see progress and feel your best. Starting a fitness routine is always done with good intentions, but true improvement comes from showing up regularly. With a monthly membership, you commit to a minimum of four sessions per month—and you’re always welcome to do more! If you miss a session, don’t worry—reschedule it! Try a different day or even a different instructor. By maintaining consistency, you’ll see the best results from your Pilates practice.
As a bonus for your commitment, you’ll enjoy membership pricing—the best rates available for classes and private sessions.
To help you navigate your membership and maximize its value, here’s a detailed guide:
Membership Overview
- Monthly Commitment: Memberships are paid on a recurring monthly basis. There’s no long-term contract (see cancellation details below).
- Billing Date: Your billing date is the day your payment is processed and marks the start of your membership month. Complete your four sessions within this cycle. For example, if your membership starts on December 4, your next billing date is January 4, and your four sessions must be completed by January 3.
